SMS Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS and MMS) from Velocity Advantage Capital, including messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile number you provided or any other number you designate. Messages may include deal updates, closing reminders, account notifications, and promotional offers related to our transactional funding services.

Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary. Velocity Advantage Capital reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time and to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent — we will notify you when we do so. Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported, and messages may not be deliverable in all areas.

We are able to deliver messages to the following mobile carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, and other major national and regional carriers. Velocity Advantage Capital, its service providers, and the mobile carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to and participate in this SMS messaging program. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you represent and confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from or send messages to individuals under 18.

Cancellation (Opt-Out)

Text the keyword STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message to cancel. After texting one of these keywords, you will receive one additional message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed, and no further messages will be sent. Our text message platform may not recognize or respond to unsubscribe requests that don’t include one of these exact keyword commands; Launch Control and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor requests that don’t use these keywords.
